GLOB TOP-KLEJ
Adhesive mortar for polystyrene boards, mineral wool and mesh.
Type of material:
Mineral dry adhesive mortar with dispersal and fibre additives.
Assignation:
Sticking thermal insulation of polystyrene and mineral wool boards and as a drowning layer for the glass fibber mesh.It can be used as a filler, too. Maximum layer thickness: 1 cm.
Ground preparation:
The base surface should be solid, dry and free from greasy substances.Sanding and absorbable old plasters, ceramic walls, concrete walls, cellular concrete walls should be grounded with GLOB TOP GRUNT.
It is not allowed to use organic solvents !!! If the irregularity of the surface exceed 1 cm use special filler for façade. In this case using the GLOB TOP Klej as filler is forbidden. No claims will be accepted in the cases like above.
Thermal terms of application:
Don't use below +5 C deg and above + 30 C deg.
ATTENTION: mentioned thermal interval regards also to the wall temperature!!
Time of usage:
2-3 hours in air temperature +23 C deg and air relative humidity 65%.
Efficiency:
Sticking the polystyrene boards: ca. 4kg/m2
Filling: ca. 2 kg/m2 per 1 mm layer
